Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into cubes. Wash the zucchini, cut into cubes. Chop the peppers into small pieces. Finely dice the garlic and onion
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Sear the meat and onion. Add the zucchini, garlic and peppers, fry lightly for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the coconut milk, stock and wine - deglaze the contents of the pan with it. Spice up. Let simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
