Instructions

  1. Put the chicken breast fillet and boiled ham in a food processor. Add the parsley, lime zest, lime juice and garlic and chop everything up. Mix this mixture with the low-fat quark or natural yoghurt and season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for approx. 30 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into portion bowls and serve garnished with a lime zest.
  3. Serve with crispbread and green salad.
