Ingredients

  • 225 g chicken breast fillet (s), lean, boiled, diced
  • 100 g ham, cooked, lean, diced
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lime (s) - zest, grated
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove (s), peeled
  • 125 g quark (low-fat quark) or low-fat natural yourt
  • salt and pepper
  • some lime (n) - zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put the chicken breast fillet and boiled ham in a food processor. Add the parsley, lime zest, lime juice and garlic and chop everything up. Mix this mixture with the low-fat quark or natural yoghurt and season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for approx. 30 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into portion bowls and serve garnished with a lime zest.
  3. Serve with crispbread and green salad.
