Wash the quinoa thoroughly and then heat it with the water and most of the milk. Bring to the boil briefly (be careful not to burn the milk!) And then let it simmer gently for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, peel and chop the banana and prepare the other ingredients. Remove the quinoa from the plate, place in a bowl with the fruit, raisins and nuts and add the rest of the milk.
