Ingredients

  • 40 g quinoa, any red, white or mixed
  • 100 ml milk, or soy milk vanilla
  • 15 g raisins
  • 10 g nuts, (almonds, walnuts or mixed)
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 1 banana (s)
  • honey
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

  1. Wash the quinoa thoroughly and then heat it with the water and most of the milk. Bring to the boil briefly (be careful not to burn the milk!) And then let it simmer gently for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, peel and chop the banana and prepare the other ingredients. Remove the quinoa from the plate, place in a bowl with the fruit, raisins and nuts and add the rest of the milk. Then add honey and / or cinnamon if you like. It also tastes delicious with soy milk!
