Ingredients
- 5 cup oat flakes, hearty
- 5 cup oatmeal, soft
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 3 cup flaxseed
- 3 cup desiccated coconut
- 3 cup almond (s), chopped
- 3 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cup honey
- 2 cups amaranth, as desired
- 3 cup / s raisins, possibly
