Instructions

  1. Separate 1 egg. Beat egg whites with baking soda until stiff.
  2. Mix the egg yolk, 1 egg, banana, chia seeds, applesauce, stevia and cinnamon with the hand blender. Fold in the egg whites.
  3. Let coconut oil get hot in a pan. Reduce the heat and spread the dough thinly. Bake the pancake until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Decorate with fruit of your choice and serve.
