Instructions
Fry the thawed prawns with the spring onions in oil. First the mango, then the cheese, tomatoes and finally the cream. Let simmer briefly (2-3 minutes). Salt and pepper. I also add whole pickled red peppercorns.
In the meantime, cook the pasta. Mix everything.
