Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta (taliatelle)
  • 500 g kin prawns (frozen, unmarinated)
  • 300 g tomato (s) (cocktail tomatoes), halved
  • 0.5 ½ mango (s), peeled, cut into cubes
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s), cut into thin rings
  • 100 g Goronzola
  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche or crème legere
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons peppercorns, red, pickled

Instructions

  1. Fry the thawed prawns with the spring onions in oil. First the mango, then the cheese, tomatoes and finally the cream. Let simmer briefly (2-3 minutes). Salt and pepper. I also add whole pickled red peppercorns.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta. Mix everything.
