- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 lemon (s), organic
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 400 g crème fraîche
- 400 g ribbon noodles
- 300 g shrimp (s), frozen
- 60 g rocket
- salt
- pepper
- oil

- Finely chop the onions and garlic. Wash the lemon with hot water and finely grate 4 teaspoons of the peel and squeeze the lemons.
- Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until they are firm to the bite. Wash the rocket and spin dry.
- Heat the oil in a large pan, sauté the onions and garlic over a medium heat.
- Sprinkle with sugar and let it melt. Deglaze the onions with 8 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir in the crème fraîche and season the sauce with lemon zest, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
- Warm the prawns in the sauce, this takes about 5 minutes.
- When the noodles are firm to the bite, mix with the lemon sauce and serve on the plate with the rocket.
