Peel the prawns and remove the intestines. Clean and chop the pepper.
Press the garlic in a wok, add the coconut oil. Wait for the oil to melt and the garlic to brown lightly. Add paprika and mushrooms. Stew for 5 minutes with the lid on. Stir occasionally.
Add the mustard seeds and prawns and let the prawns cook. Prawns and peppers lose their liquid and fill the wok.
Add lemon juice and white wine. Cook for 5 minutes, seasoning the sauce with salt and pepper. Serve the prawns with a little parsley.
