- Peel the prawns, remove the intestines.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic. Core the peppers, chop finely,
- Finely chop the parsley and thyme.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan. Salt and pepper the prawns and sear them on both sides for 2 1/2 minutes. Take out of the pan.
- Add the butter to the pan and reduce the heat as soon as it starts to foam.
- Now add the garlic, thyme, parsley and peppers, add a little salt and continue to fry while stirring until the garlic takes on a light color.
- Now add the prawns again, stir everything through and serve immediately. Pour the butter over the prawns.
- Serve with ciabatta.
