Instructions

  1. Peel the prawns, remove the intestines.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Core the peppers, chop finely,
  3. Finely chop the parsley and thyme.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Salt and pepper the prawns and sear them on both sides for 2 1/2 minutes. Take out of the pan.
  5. Add the butter to the pan and reduce the heat as soon as it starts to foam.
  6. Now add the garlic, thyme, parsley and peppers, add a little salt and continue to fry while stirring until the garlic takes on a light color.
  7. Now add the prawns again, stir everything through and serve immediately. Pour the butter over the prawns.
  8. Serve with ciabatta.
