- Rinse the shrimp, remove the peel. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
- Cut the chilli into fine rings. Clean the herbs and pluck off needles or leaves.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry all the prepared ingredients in it over a mild heat.
- Remove the prawns and keep warm.
- Drain the tomatoes, chop them roughly and add to the pan. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the garlic tomato sauce with the prawns on plates.
- You can also use fresh tomatoes.
