- Cut the pieces of meat into 3-4 cm pieces and marinate with the oregano, garlic powder, chili powder and olive oil overnight.
- Pull the thawed pretzels apart and roll the thick centers a little to get them thinner. Sprinkle the pretzels with grains of salt.
- Divide the meat on 8 skewers, wrap half a pretzel around a skewer and, if necessary, spread some sesame or poppy seeds on top.
- Grill the skewers until the pretzel batter is browned and the meat is cooked through.
