- Briefly blanch the green beans in boiling water - so that they stay crisp. Rinse with cold water. This way they keep their beautiful green color.
- Now cut the mozzarella and onions into cubes and the tomatoes into strips. Put everything in a salad bowl.
- Mix the vinegar, oil and herbs together and pour over the ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let it steep briefly.
- The ingredients can of course be dosed as desired. I love e.g., Tomatoes, so I use a little more of the tomatoes.
