Ingredients

  • 375 g reen beans, frozen
  • 3 medium tomato (s)
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon herbs (8 herb mix), frozen
  • possibly dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Briefly blanch the green beans in boiling water - so that they stay crisp. Rinse with cold water. This way they keep their beautiful green color.
  2. Now cut the mozzarella and onions into cubes and the tomatoes into strips. Put everything in a salad bowl.
  3. Mix the vinegar, oil and herbs together and pour over the ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let it steep briefly.
  4. The ingredients can of course be dosed as desired. I love e.g., Tomatoes, so I use a little more of the tomatoes.
