Ingredients

  • 500 g butter or mararine
  • 10 egg (s)
  • 400 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 800 grams flour
  • 200 g cornstarch
  • 2 packs baking powder
  • milk / sparkling water / orange juice / amaretto
  • Food coloring, red

For decoration:

  • 2 packs powdered sugar
  • 1 pack waffles (hearts - ice cream cones)
  • Sugar-flowers, red

Instructions

  1. Make a batter from the first ingredients (if for children, without alcohol) and color it with the food coloring pink / red.
  2. Grease one large and one small bundt pan, fill with batter and bake at approx. 180 ° C for 50 minutes (depending on the oven, stick sample)
  3. After cooling down:
  4. Mix the powdered sugar with water or lemon juice until smooth and color it pink!
  5. Place the large bundt cake on a glass plate with a cake topper; Spread thickly all around with the casting, finally on top. Then put the little Hupf on top and brush it too. Let the pouring run down all the way so that the two cakes merge. When the entire structure is covered with casting, stick it onto the edge of the smaller, all-round ice cream cone heart. Press a flower in each groove around the big one.
  6. When the casting has hardened nicely (it must not be too liquid, if too much liquid has been added, it is better to thicken it with more powdered sugar!), Wrap the legs of a Barbie doll with a napkin and stick them in the Hupf hole!
  7. Can also be frozen after baking and then thawed and decorated the day before the party!
