  • 100 g cereal flakes
  • 150 ml water, milk or fruit juice
  • 2 apricots, dried
  • 2 plums or plums, dried
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla pod (s), pulp it
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) clove (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) cardamom
  • 1 pinch (s) orange peel, grated
  • some walnuts, or other nuts

Instructions

  1. Pour the liquid over the cereal flakes, season with the spices and leave to swell overnight with the other ingredients.
  2. Warm the porridge a little before serving or boil it for a few minutes to taste.
  3. The recipe can be varied with fresh fruits, sour milk, herbs or vegetables depending on the season.
