Ingredients

  • 375 g butter
  • 375 grams sugar
  • 560 g flour
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 ½ pack baking powder
  • 190 ml milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g nouat (more if you like)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 1 ½ pack powdered sugar
  • some water
  • Food coloring
  • Sweets to decorate the dress

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter with sugar and salt until creamy. Gradually add the eggs. Mix the baking powder and flour, stir in with the milk. Grease one large and one small bundt pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cut the nougat into small cubes. Now alternately fill in a layer of dough and sprinkle with nougat pieces (dough, nougat pieces, dough) until the molds are each approx. 3/4 full.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Place both forms on the grid on the middle rail. Bake for about 60 minutes (the smaller pan usually doesn`t take that long, so make a test after about 40 minutes).
  3. After the cakes have been overturned from the molds and cooled, place the large cake on a deep plate. Make icing (from powdered sugar and a little water), mix well with some food coloring until the desired color intensity is achieved. `Glue` the small cake onto the large cake with some icing. Quickly brush the entire structure with icing and decorate as desired. Let dry. Wrap the doll`s legs with a napkin and put them in the hole in the `skirt`. Do further fine-tuning as you wish.
