Ingredients
- 100 g rocket
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 125 g mozzarella, mini
- 2 tablespoon pesto, green (basil pesto)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, (wine vinegar)

- Wash and halve cocktail tomatoes. Wash the rocket and pluck it into small pieces. Drain the mini mozzarella and cut in half. Put everything in a bowl.
- Mix the pesto (from the glass or homemade) with the wine vinegar, mix with the salad.
