Ingredients
- 400 g tomato (s), (mini tomatoes)
- 400 g mozzarella, (mini mozzarella), also buffalo mozzarella, finely chopped
- 140 ml olive oil, good
- 30 ml balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- Salt and pepper, pepper
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
- 10 basil leaves
