  • 140 ml olive oil, good
  • 30 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • Salt and pepper, pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
  • 10 basil leaves

  1. Chop the garlic and onions very finely. Use the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper to make a marinade. The
