Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding as described, but instead of milk use orange juice mixed with Prosecco and let cool.
  2. Beat the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Carefully fold in 3/4 of it with the whisk.
  3. Pour the cream into bowls, garnish with the remaining cream, chocolate flakes and orange wedges!
