Ingredients
- 0.5 liter ½ orange juice, squeezed
- 1 point pudding powder, vanilla
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- liter ⅛ sparkling wine, (Prosecco)
- 250 ml whipped cream, (cream)
For the set:
- Chocolate decor (chocolate flakes)
- Orange (n) columns

- Prepare the pudding as described, but instead of milk use orange juice mixed with Prosecco and let cool.
- Beat the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Carefully fold in 3/4 of it with the whisk.
- Pour the cream into bowls, garnish with the remaining cream, chocolate flakes and orange wedges!
