Instructions

  1. Separate eggs, whip egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the xucker, add the milk, add the protein powder and flour, fold in the egg whites and fry in a pan. Quarter the dough and then pluck it into small pieces, e.g., sprinkle with powdered sugar.
