Mix the water with the protein powder free of lumps, e.g., with a hand blender. Put in a saucepan with the milk. Bring to the boil while stirring, then let the semolina trickle in and keep stirring. Take the saucepan off the heat and let it steep for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile separate the eggs. Stir the egg yolks into the mash. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the porridge.
Enjoy with fruits or nuts or just pure.
