Ingredients

  • 550 ml water
  • 120 g protein powder
  • 550 ml milk, low in fat
  • 110 g soft wheat semolina
  • 2 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the water with the protein powder free of lumps, e.g., with a hand blender. Put in a saucepan with the milk. Bring to the boil while stirring, then let the semolina trickle in and keep stirring. Take the saucepan off the heat and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile separate the eggs. Stir the egg yolks into the mash. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the porridge.
  3. Enjoy with fruits or nuts or just pure.
  4. Contains 127g of protein in the whole pot, 16g per serving.
