Instructions

  1. Mix the quark (or alternatively yoghurt) with the buttermilk. Then cut open the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp and add to the quark. Now add one or more spoons of honey as you like (just try how sweet you want it to be - but one tablespoon is usually enough).
  2. Now wash or peel all the fruit and cut into small pieces. Then alternately fill a spoonful of the quark mixture, various fruits, nuts and cornflakes in dessert glasses, ice cream sundaes or bowls. Sprinkle a few cornflakes on top, place a bunch of grapes on top and decorate with a few chocolate sprinkles as required.
  3. The whole thing should be freshly prepared and eaten immediately, otherwise the cornflakes will be mushy.
  4. The protein shock is suitable both as a dessert and as a damn tasty and filling dessert for in between or with a good cocktail.
