- Put the prunes in a saucepan, pour over the red wine and sugar. Boil for 20 minutes.
- Insist plums for half an hour. Drain the wine.
- Put the prunes in bowls. Drizzle with whipped cream. Sprinkle the whipped cream with prunes with grated chocolate.
