• 2 packs pudding powder
• 6 tablespoon sugar
• 1 liter milk
• 1 package biscuit (s), (butter biscuits)

Instructions

1. Mix the pudding powder with 6 tablespoons of sugar and stir with a little cold milk until smooth. Heat the rest of the milk, stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil. Let the finished pudding cool down.
2. Line a loaf pan (26 cm long) with aluminum foil or cling film. Layer the pudding and biscuits in layers, like with the cold dog. Put in the fridge for about 2-3 hours until everything has cooled down nicely.
3. The pudding can also be cooked in the microwave. To do this, stir the pudding powder / sugar mixture into the milk with the whisk and bring to the boil at full power. Stir in between.
4. I mostly use whole grain butter cookies.
