Mix the pudding and sauce powder together in a little cold milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and stir in the mixed powder. Sweeten with sweetener as desired. Melt the butter and fat in the hot pudding, always stirring well.
Divide the pudding and melt the chocolate in half. Layer in bowls, first chocolate then vanilla pudding, then
Almond flakes and finally the whipped cream. Chill until ready to eat.
Before the almonds and the cream come on, cover the pudding with cling film, put directly on the pudding, then there is no skin.
