Ingredients

  • 1 pck.pudding powder, (vanilla or cream)
  • 500 ml milk
  • some sweetener
  • 1 packet sauce powder, (vanilla sauce), for cooking
  • 1 bar chocolate, (whole milk nut)
  • 20 g coconut fat, (palmin)
  • 40 g butter
  • 200 ml cream, whipped
  • 100 g flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding and sauce powder together in a little cold milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and stir in the mixed powder. Sweeten with sweetener as desired. Melt the butter and fat in the hot pudding, always stirring well.
  2. Divide the pudding and melt the chocolate in half. Layer in bowls, first chocolate then vanilla pudding, then
