Put the milk in a saucepan and skim off a few tablespoons. Mix these with the sugar and the pudding powder.
When the milk boils, turn down the temperature, stir in the pudding and sugar mixture and simmer a little on a low flame. Then put the soup in deep plates and add the rusks.
As a sweet main course it is enough for 2 people - as a dessert or snack for up to 4 people (unless you are a pudding destroyer).
Remarks:
Of course, you can also use any other pudding flavor.
The sugar can also be reduced a little or, if necessary, replaced by sweetener / stevia (a good half / half ratio - with stevia sweetness, 25 g sugar corresponds to approx. 15 drops)
If the soup is still too thick for you, just add a little more milk (I prefer it a little thicker).
If the rusk soaks up with the pudding for a while, it is so delicious
