- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the wells of a muffin pan well and line them with the puff pastry.
- Whisk the eggs, fold in the sour cream, cheese and chives, season with salt and pepper and pour into the puff pastry in portions.
- Bake the tartlets in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Let the pastries cool down in the oven and carefully remove them from the mold.
