Line a springform pan with puff pastry, don`t forget the edge, it`s going to be a cake. Then mix the peas, carrots, boiled ham (cut into strips), ragout fin and cheese in a bowl. Then put on top of the puff pastry. Finally, mix enough breadcrumbs with cream in a small bowl to cover the cake completely.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 1 hour.
