Thaw the puff pastry on baking sheets and divide once in the middle to make squares. Pre-bake these for 9 minutes and take them out of the oven again.
Cut the onions into fine rings, halve the bacon, cut the cheese into slices. Place a piece of bacon on each dough square, top with the goat cheese and top with onion rings. Then sprinkle with a little rosemary and a few pine nuts. Finally, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
