Instructions

  1. Lay out the puff pastry roll and cut out round circles with a glass. Place half of the circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Put a Toffifee on each circle. Place a second circle on each and press the edge firmly with a fork.
  3. Brush the surface with egg yolk.
  4. Bake according to the instructions on the package in the preheated oven until the pockets are golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if necessary.
