- Lay out the puff pastry roll and cut out round circles with a glass. Place half of the circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Put a Toffifee on each circle. Place a second circle on each and press the edge firmly with a fork.
- Brush the surface with egg yolk.
- Bake according to the instructions on the package in the preheated oven until the pockets are golden brown.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar if necessary.
