- Fry the frozen vegetables in a large pan without fat, turning for about 4 minutes.
- Whisk the sour cream or creme fraiche with the eggs and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Unroll the dough and place in a tart pan (28 cm diameter) with the baking paper (you can also use a normal springform pan!)
- Prick the pastry base several times with a fork.
- Spread the vegetables on top. Spread the sour cream and egg mixture evenly on top so that everything is covered.
- Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 200 ° (convection 175 ° - gas: level 3) for about 25 minutes.
- Cut the camembert into thin slices and place them in a star shape on the tart. Bake for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.
