Very lightly oil a muffin tin, cut circles out of the puff pastry (diameter approx. 1 cm larger) and place loosely in the indentations. (Makes 8 pieces).
Cut all ingredients into small cubes (tomatoes without seeds) and mix well together.
Fill into the molds (up to 1 cm below the edge) and bake in the oven, middle bar, 180 degrees / convection, for about 25 minutes.
