Mix the minced meat with the diced onion, the soaked roll, pepper, salt, oregano, a little Maggi, nutmeg, the chopped garlic and an egg yolk.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and place a piece of the rolled out puff pastry on top. Spread the mince on top. Place the chopped red onion, chopped peppers, chopped sheep`s cheese and chopped black olives over the minced meat. Then place the second rolled-out puff pastry sheet over it and press firmly on the edges. Brush the dough with two egg yolks and sprinkle some grated Gouda cheese, coarse-grained salt and, if you like, some caraway seeds over it. Bake at approx. 200 degrees top and bottom heat for about 35-40 minutes.
A green salad and a glass of dry red wine might go well with it.
