Put the first five ingredients in a bowl and make a yeast dough out of them. Cover and let rise for a good 20 to 30 minutes.
Then roll out and brush with the herb butter. The dough is then cut into many small rectangles each approx. 4 cm x 8 cm (I do this with the pizza roller).
Then take 3 of these rectangles and place them upright in a circle to form a narrow triangle in the middle of a springform pan. The other rectangles are then placed around them (sounds super complicated, but it`s done very quickly).
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
When the bread is baked, it looks like a rose blossom and you can just pluck some of it out.
