Pick the mushrooms lengthways with a fork and place in a baking dish. Mix with 1 tablespoon of oil, then with the spice mixture (without the salt). 30 minutes in the oven.
Cut some cucumber and onion slices, cut open the rolls, mix 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce with mayonnaise.
Put the mushroom pieces from the baking dish in a heated pan with oil and fry for approx. 6 - 8 minutes. Add a good pinch of salt after 1 minute, about 4 tablespoons of barbecue sauce after 4 minutes.
If necessary, briefly bake the ciabatta rolls. Brush the upper half with the mixture of barbecue sauce and mayonnaise. Cover the lower half with: coleslaw, mushrooms, onion, cucumber. Fold it up, done!
