Steam the onion in olive oil until translucent, add the pumpkin and steam for 5 minutes. Add all the spices and stir in. Then sprinkle with sugar and pour the vinegar over it. Stir everything and cook over medium heat.
After 15 minutes add the apple and raisins and cook for another 15 minutes.
Mix the chutney well and pour it into glasses while hot. The amount makes two glasses of 33 cl each.
