Instructions
Clean, wash and chop the vegetables.
Steam the onions and shallots until translucent. Sweat vegetables and fruit and sauté for about 8 minutes until soft. Then add the broth. Let everything simmer for about 30 minutes. Then puree the soup. Fold in the cream. Season to taste
