- Peel the pumpkin and, of course, remove the seeds if there are any. Then cook until soft and puree and place in a large bowl.
- Add all other ingredients, except almonds and honey, to the pumpkin and mix this mixture very well and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- The pudding can be served with honey, maple syrup, agave syrup or the like. Almond sticks or chopped walnuts go well with it.
- I can warmly recommend this pudding. It tastes really great and is something completely different.
