  • 500 g butternut squash (se)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 g suar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • almond (s), honey etc.

Instructions

  1. Peel the pumpkin and, of course, remove the seeds if there are any. Then cook until soft and puree and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients, except almonds and honey, to the pumpkin and mix this mixture very well and place in a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  4. The pudding can be served with honey, maple syrup, agave syrup or the like. Almond sticks or chopped walnuts go well with it.
  5. I can warmly recommend this pudding. It tastes really great and is something completely different.
