Pumpkin Pudding with Apples

Pumpkin pudding with apples is a delicate, healthy, and delicious dessert for everyone! Pumpkin-apple pudding turns out to be bright and appetizing, it is liked by children and adults. And for its preparation, you will need the simplest products.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin – 200 g
  • Apples – 200 g
  • Semolina – 100 g
  • Milk – 300 ml
  • Egg – 1 pc. (large)
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 20 g

Directions

  1. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
  2. Peel and core the apples and cut them into small pieces.
  3. Pour the pumpkin with milk and simmer over low heat until almost cooked. When the pumpkin is almost ready, add apples to it and continue to simmer for a few minutes. Then add semolina, mix, and boil for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Beat the egg with sugar.
  5. After the pumpkin with apples has cooled, add the beaten egg with sugar to the mass, mix.
    Put in a baking dish, greased with butter. We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 20-25 minutes.
