Milkshake with Pumpkin and Apple

For this cocktail, you first need to bake the pumpkin and apples and then beat them with milk and honey.

Ingredients
- Pumpkin – 300 g
- Small apples – 2 pcs.
- Milk – 1 glass
- Honey – 1-2 teaspoon.
Directions
- Send pumpkin and apples to an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake apples for 10-15 minutes, and pumpkin for 40 minutes.
- You do not need to bring the pulp of pumpkin and apples to puree. It is enough for them to become soft, but at the same time do not fall apart in the hands. Otherwise, all the vitamins that these gifts of autumn are so rich in will be destroyed in the most merciless way. Refrigerate baked apples and pumpkin (in the refrigerator).
- Peel the baked apples and pumpkin and cut the flesh into pieces.
- In a blender, combine pumpkin, apples, honey, and milk. Interrupt everything into a homogeneous mass.
- If you chill the baked apples and pumpkin well, the apple-pumpkin milkshake will be cold and can be served right away.
