Ingredients
- 150 g pumpkin (se), (Hokkaido), pureed, weihed ready to cook
- 300 g ice cream, vanilla
- 250 ml milk, whole milk
- 35 g suar, brown
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ spice mix, (Pumpkin-Pie Spice)
- Whipped cream, for garnish

- Halve, core, peel and dice the pumpkin. Boil in a little water until soft, puree and let cool down completely.
- Put the thawed vanilla ice cream in a blender, you can also use a hand blender. Add the milk, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, mix everything well and pour into glasses. Whip up some cream, sweeten it if you like. Now place a larger tuff on each glass and serve.
