  • 150 grams flour
  • 100 g walnuts, round
  • 50 g honey
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Finely grate the pumpkin flesh. Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl until frothy, add all other ingredients. Mix everything well. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 1 hour.
  3. Serve the finished cake sprinkled with powdered sugar.
