Instructions

  1. Squeeze the oranges and lemons, bring to the boil with sugar and water. Let cool and add the bottle of rum.
  2. This extract can be enjoyed in tea or red wine. It also tastes good pure when hot. In this case, however, half a bottle of rum would be sufficient.
